issued patents for advanced healthcare technology and clinical applications. Turcan led the design and launch to market of advanced cloud based and mobility solutions for healthcare, including AT&T Healthcare Community Online, Sprint Healthcare Application Network Delivery System, and

Charles F. Turcan, President
Mr. Turcan is an experienced telecommunications, Telemedicine, Telehealth and distance learning professional. He has been involved in all phases of product life cycle including research and development, marketing, sales and implementation. Among those products are a wide variety of telecommunications and computing applications, including bedside computing platforms, hospital inventory management, physician practice management systems, integrated office automation solutions, operating room management software, and energy and security management systems. In addition, Mr. Turcan engaged in providing professional services to the market as a domain expert. Previously, he had honed his professional skills at Bell Labs in the Medical Information Systems Venture, AT&T and New York Telephone. He founded Telemedical Systems Integration that was instrumental in the early development of telemedicine networks in the US, and in 2000 founded eGlobal Insight, Inc., a telecommunications and networking engineering professional services and compliance solutions firm with offerings that include emergency communications and revenue cycle management for the healthcare industry
Robert C. Durbrow, Executive Vice President (EVP) & Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
Mr. Durbrow is an Information Technology Sales, Business Development and Project Management professional with over 20 years information technology, systems integration and communication industry expertise. Mr. Durbrow has gained a reputation for helping clients move from issue to outcome with pace, certainty and strategic ability. Mr. Durbrow has worked with hospitals, schools, universities and government facilities throughout North America, the United Kingdom, Canada, and the CALA market on managing complex system integration projects from design through implementation of systems to streamline work flow management and system integration between Information Management and Information System interfaces with telephony platforms for CTI, CRM, ERP, EMR, work flow management including R&D, sales strategy development, system design , Emergency Communication including E911 from behind the switch, Disaster Recovery and assisting healthcare providers make the transition from ICD9-10/HIPAA 4010-5010 by using a Strategic Consulting and Project Management approach.
Steven M. Pap, MD, Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Pap’s background consists of 28 years in the practice of medicine, 5 years as founder and CEO of a medical software company, and 3 years as a physician healthcare solution consultant for a major HIE cloud company. As a practicing physician he and his partner delivered over 8000 babies. He served as Chief of Surgery and OB/GYN at both the hospitals he practiced. He was a fellow of the American College of OB/GYN.
Dr. Pap understands the technology from the vendor side as well as the workflow and cost issues from the clinical side. His areas of greatest expertise include population health management, transitions of care, HIEs, point of care alerts, risk management including malpractice risk reduction, reporting and patient engagement within the workflow of an electronic health record. He is expert at creating solutions in the presale setting and follow up in the post-delivery setting to ensure client satisfaction.
Kimberly Sustersic, General Manager and Director of Implementation and Training
In her primary role as General Manager, Kimberly brings over 20 years of experience as a Marketing and Management specialist. She is currently
responsible for managing the daily operations of both existing and new client acquisitions, the improvement of client work flow efficiencies and the
development of training strategies. As the Training and Implementation Director, Kimberly excels at identifying areas where customers can benefit from better use of the SecuReach product. She manages the Client Service team who directly interface with the end-user providing specific feedback related to system and workflow inquiries. Prior to joining SecuReach Solutions, Kimberly worked as a Practice Manager for a multi-office physician practice. She developed extensive experience in workflow improvements, customer-client efficiencies and the development of targeted marketing initiatives. Kimberly brings the additional experience of being a small business owner. She is always looking for ways to improve customer relationships, assist in developing workflow efficiency and increasing the profitability of the client.
Jason Moran, Director of Product Development
As a senior level software developer, with more than 10 years of programming, web application development, database administration, and telephony
development experience, Jason brings a well rounded I.T. background to SecuReach Solutions. He is the chief architect of the SecuReach Solutions web platform and is responsible for the on-going development of the product. Jason’s career has brought him though a myriad of industries including a major chemical engineering company, large public school districts, a top-ranked medical school, project team consulting, a famous motorcycle company, and a medical communications company. Jason received his Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering with a Minor in
Economics from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, OH. He is also a member of the Beta Theta Pi fraternity.
